Arts & Business ‘talking brands’ and talking futures…
We were recently approached by Arts & Business to help them with two challenges: Firstly to support the roll out of a new brand, making it feel more tangible for people across the organisation, and secondly to help a dialogue that would support a more collaborative approach to planning the future.
To do this, we first developed a workshop for brand champions which was all about 'talking the brand'. Much more than a brand workshop, this became a hands on 'rehearsal' space - a place to practice talking and presentation, to deeply explore stakeholder needs and to develop new ways of introducing the brand more meaningfully. We then created a tool that made it easy for the brand champions to roll out the benefits of the session right across the nation.
Secondly we helped Arts & Business to run a session which as all about talking about the future and bringing out ideas and priorities for strategic development. Structured around a world cafe and then a 'dot-democracy' voting process, key actions from this all-involving event are now being moved forward in the Arts & Business planning process.
