With change happening more broadly and  quickly, councils are starting to look at innovation more seriously than ever before.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea approached Eudemonic to introduce elements of creative and ‘smart’ thinking into their work.

We have since delivered a number of creativity and innovation workshops, and developed group dialogue and learning sessions using different techniques.

In 2010 we have rolled out a Leading Innovation masterclass at RBKC - covering aspects of creative thinking at idividual, team and organisational levels. The workshop currently has a 100% recommendation rating.
