With change happening more broadly, quickly and deeply today, local councils are starting to look at innovation more seriously than ever before.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea approached Eudemonic to introduce elements of creative and ‘smart’ thinking into their work.

We have since delivered a number of creativity and innovation workshops, and developed a team dialogue session using world café techniques.

We are now speaking to core teams about developing deeper innovative practice through 2009.
