Aspire Foundation Development
The Aspire Foundation support social enterprises working in homelessness by sharing knowledge, best practice and offering development support across a network.
We have been Aspire with a developing more effective collaborative aspects to their network and support services.
Firstly, we worked with Aspire and Off the Streets and into Work with the development of a peer-to-peer assessment tool called ‘Pathways’. Pathways helps small enterprises to assess their levels of performance against comparable organisations and peers, then set actions in a more open, peer-supported manner. The magic of Pathways is that the tool and experience helps people connect with others in similar situations, supporting shared learning, action-setting and collaboration.
Following learning from the pilot, we are now working with Aspire to develop even better forms of supporting their network and stakeholders. Currently underway are plans for a highly collaborative and more impactful development programme, as well as new solutions and tools for sharing knowledge and learning as a community of practice. Look out for some exciting developments through 2010!
