We are becoming more creative in how we manage change.
We see this reflected in more fluid and humanistic theories of change, more creative change interventions; increasingly innovative employee engagement practice and ever more elaborate partnerships across business and art, design, sport and social development.
And this is happening against a challenging backdrop: change, for organisations and individuals, is happening more broadly, deeply and quickly than ever before.
The idea behind the Creative Change Dialogue is to bring together people working creatively in development and learning, to explore how we may best share, learn and develop practice in this area.
Our own angle on this is to look at what creativity is in the context of change: Imagination, metaphor, play, symphony and ‘aura’.
